Privacy Notice

This notice is issued by DELİ Event Company ("DELİ") as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Through the proposal form and our contact channels we process:

• IdentityFull name
• ContactPhone number, email address and your preferred contact channel
• Request detailsCompany name; event type, date, city, expected guest range and venue; the collections you are interested in and the items in your proposal list; budget range and your notes
• MarketingWhich campaign link and which website brought you to us (UTM parameters and referring page)
• SecurityYour IP address, processed briefly to prevent abuse (not stored)

• To receive and assess your request and prepare a tailored proposal
• To contact you about your request
• To plan the event and deliver the service
• To prevent misuse of the form and keep information secure
• To understand which promotional channels work
• To meet our legal obligations

We rely on KVKK Article 5/2-c (necessary to enter into or perform a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (our legitimate interests, provided they do not override your rights).

Transfers abroad as described below rely on the explicit consent you give in the form under KVKK Article 9.

Your request reaches our team through our email service provider and, where used, our customer tracking system. These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where public authorities are legally entitled to request it.

We collect your data electronically, fully or partly by automated means, through the proposal form on our website, WhatsApp, phone and email.

We keep your data for as long as the proposal and service require and for the limitation periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

The site uses the local storage it needs to work: your proposal list and unfinished form answers stay in your own browser. Which campaign link and which site brought you here is kept in your browser for this session and is added to your request only if you send the proposal form.

Analytics cookies (through Google Tag Manager) are only enabled with your consent. If you consent, your first visit's campaign information is kept for 90 days in a first-party cookie named "deli_utm"; withdrawing consent through "Cookie preferences" deletes it. No advertising or personalisation storage is used.

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to ask the data controller:

• Whether your personal data is processed
• For information about that processing
• About the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Which third parties in Türkiye or abroad received your data
• To correct incomplete or inaccurate data
• To delete or destroy your data under Article 7
• To have corrections and deletions notified to those third parties
• To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
• For compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing

You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
